Types of pump mechanical seals
1, Elastomer bellow seal
It was designed for general sealing purpose. The main structure is rubber bellow , which made by mold. Easy for installation.
The common model: BT-AR, 2100, MG1, MG12, MG13, type 1 etc.
Application: Clean water pump, Submersible pumps in water treatment industry, food and beverage industry.
2, O ring pusher seal
O ring pusher type seal consists of a seal face assembled with an ‘O’ ring and springs. Spring push seal face to make rotating ring and stationary keep contact.
The common model: M3N, M7N, 58 U, 1527 etc.
Application: paper making industry, textile , petrochemical , shipbuilding and sewage treatment industry etc.
